Incubator

An artist-led community for independent musicians who want to build a sustainable career in music

Incubator is an artist-led music community based at Incubator House in Petworth, DC. It runs free and pay-what-you-can events out of a rowhouse: weekly classes, a monthly open jam where the best jam becomes a released song, a monthly house show, and parties whenever there’s an excuse.

Here’s a small sample of events: living-room sets with the audience on the floor, backyard bluegrass, prom, and, of course, Halloween.
